Thanks for registering for our 40th annual Fun and Adventure Camp! Below is some helpful information about camp. For those of you who are new to Fun and Adventure Camp, I hope you’re gearing up for a big week. For our veterans… you know what you’re in for. Look forward to skiing on the dam, climbing the rocks, volleyballing, B-Balling, chilling playing cards, chatting through God’s Word, and plenty more. This is a week where the fun just keeps coming.

TRANSPORT: For those who have registered for the bus, it will DEPART Acacia Ridge Presbyterian Church at 12:30pm on Sunday 24 September. The bus will RETURN to Acacia Ridge Presbyterian Church at 11am on Saturday 30 September.

Enough clothes to last you for seven days. Here’s some things to keep in mind:
– Some of your clothes will get wet and dirty. (at least 2 sets)
– We ask that you dress modestly throughout the week.

Suitable clothing if you wish to go rock-climbing and skiing.

THEME NIGHT OUTFIT – TO celebrate 40 years of Fun & Adventure, we’re headed to the 1970s! Come dressed from that decade!

Formal Dinner clothes: Boys formal(ish) wear —button down shirts are desirable. No need to run out and buy a suit, but get a bit spiffy and include a tie. Ladies – please avoid dresses that are either too low cut or very short.

Bible and a pen. (If you don’t have a Bible, email Rosie (rosie@pcq.org.au) and we’ll get you one before camp).

Towel x 2 and toiletries.

Comfortable shoes (Firm sneakers for rock-climbing,)

Sun smart stuff: This includes sun cream, a hat and water bottle.

Swimwear (sun/rash shirts and boardies to wear in and at the dam)

Money for canteen: $20 max. (optional)

Money for book and merchandise stall (optional)

Camera (optional)

Sleeping bag, fitted sheet, pillow, blanket

Medication (if required)

Electronic devices are not encouraged on camp, as the security of personal possesions cannot be guaranteed at the campsite. Any possessions brought to camp are the responsibility of the camper.
